All class participants receive a 10% discount on all their purchases at the time of their class.

What a better way to show off your summer vacation photos than with a mini accordion book. This fun class will show you how a few embellishments will make your pictures come alive. Class Fee: $20 Class Length: 2 hours Student Supplies: adhesive, scissors, distress ink tool, distress ink pads: vintage photo, forest moss. Not necessary to have photos, but you may bring enough for 8 spots if you want.
Start making your Christmas gifts early while the lazy days of summer are still here! Learn new techniques while creating this unique 5 page book. After the class, just add your photos, and you will have a gift your friends or loved ones will cherish for years. Class Fee: $37 Class Length: 4 hours Student Supplies: adhesive (plus refill), fine point scissors, scissors to cut grungepaper (Tim Holtz tonic scissors recommended), pencil, craft blade and cutting mat, distress ink tool, rub-on tool (or pencil), sanding kit (highly recommend Basic Grey sanding kit as it has the tools to fit into the small cutouts). Also handy to have but not required: Copic markers R89 and G85.
Each month, you will create a double-page layout featuring the newest collections and products from BasicGrey. You will learn many skills that you can incorporate in your projects. Basic and easy to follow instructions are included with a large image of the layout for reference with every kit. We welcome a new instructor to our store: Bob Lieby. Bob has been a demonstrator for "The Angel Company" for about eleven years. He is into all forms of paper crafts with interest in different coloring methods, ie Prisma-Color Pencils, Copic Markers, Chalks, Inks Direct to paper. Stamping 101 - Instructor: Judy Learn the basic steps to select stamps and inks to create beautiful cards and scrapbook pages. You will learn about the different types of stamps, inks and coloring mediums. You will learn how to clean and store your stamps and much more. Class Fee: $12.00
Card Class - Instructor: Judy Make three cards using the new Heartfelt Creations stamps and you get to take the stamp set home with you. Class fee: $25.00. Student Supplies: clear acrylic block (3x3), scissors, adhesive, glue dots and your favorite markers. SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate
Beginning Cricut Learn the basic techniques and tips on using your Cricut machine. Class fee: $30.00 (Free when you buy your Cricut machine from The Stamping Place).
Day Scrap Class - Beginner's For those who cannot get away in the evenings, we are offering our same Beginning Scrapbook class during daytime hours. Learn the basics of making a safe and great scrapbook. Class includes supplies to make 1 scrapbook page. Topics covered include tips for beginners, papers and pens, using stickers and die cuts to enhance your pages, and journaling. Bring 8-10 photos of one event. Class fee: $12.00
Crop Nights Come crop with old or new friends as you work on your projects. “Scrap-lifting” is allowed! Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with refreshments. Open a “tab” and shop as you crop. 6pm until midnight. Light snacks and drinks included. Class fee: $8
"Table time" You may come to the store and crop any time during regular business hours as long as there is not a class scheduled. Please call the store to request table time. Fee: $8 per day

Class Cancellation Policy: Store credit will be given (for full amount paid) if notice is received prior to 48 hours of scheduled class time. (NOTE: applies to regularly scheduled classes only. See individual class policies for specialty classes taught by visiting instructors)
No Show Policy: If you fail to show for a class/crop, your forfeit your class/crop fee.
The Stamping Place has the right to cancel classes/crops in case of emergency, inclement weather or due to class size, in which a store credit will be issued. |
